Wichita Water Bill Rate Relief Program

Qualifying customers may receive a one time $50 credit on their December water bill!

 Available to City of Wichita residential water customers only - don't have to live within the City limits of Wichita, but do have to receive a Wichita water bill

 Must have qualified for LIEAP in 2020

 Apply online at https://www.wichita.gov/PWU/Pages/H2OCareFund.aspx  or call 265-1300 and an application will be mailed

 Apply in-person at

 Wichita City Hall, 455 N. Main St.

 Atwater Neighborhood Resource Center, 2755 E . 19th St. N.

 Colvin Neighborhood Resource Center, 2820 S. Roosevelt St.

 Evergreen Neighborhood Resource Center, 2700 N. Woodland St.

 Applications will be accepted from Dec. 2, 2020 to Jan. 31, 2021, or until funds are exhausted

 Applications must include verification that account holder was a LIEAP recipient in 2020
